No. They tend to consider themselves superior, and are frustrated and angry because they are not so regarded by other people.
'Low self esteem' is more a neurotic symptom, and indicates a flawed
but still fairly solid connection with reality.
"Psycopath' generally involves a significant disconnect from relaity.
