Not necessarily. It depends on how you wanna look and how you take care of your body.

Don't go with the BMI, it's only accurate for people who have no muscle. If you're toned or in shape and have muscles you're BMI will be higher. I'm 5'9" 165 and am about 7% body fat, but according to my BMI I'm overweight. lol.. Shorter women have to worry about weighing more because there is less surface area to distribute the weight. But they can look the exact same as taller women. Full figured, petite, thin, athletic, etc. And everyone is right 5'4" isn't that short at all. There is no real rule about that, it has to do with the weight.

Well, naturally a shorter woman is going to look curvier than a taller woman that weighs the same amount...and 5'4 is average height for a woman, your not THAT short...

If you are concerned about it, find a website that shows your BMI, and figure out a healthy weight range for a girl your height.

Not always shorter woman can look more petit and skinny and also 5'4-5'5 is the average height of a full grown woman in america and in the Uk. They dont look any curvier of fatter. But I have noticed taller people with the same BMI as short people loook thinner. But it is a trick of the eye.

Technically, yes. Weight on a shorter person doesn't look the same on someone who is taller. For instance, someone who is 5'1 and 115 lbs. would probably look the same as someone who is 5'8 and 130 lbs. ...technically. Shorter people "look" curvier because there's less height to distribute it throughout.
