Alright, I have decided to get an Acer Aspire computer, but I noticed that their proccessor has 195-233 million transistors, while an Emachines (which i am currently using) has 230 million transistors. I know what a transistor is, but how much slower will my computer be if I stumble upon mine only have like 200 million? I am using my computer for gaming and web surfing. Also, is there any way to check the amount of transistors in a computer?

Doesn't matter. Transistor count is normally associated mostly with on board cache and integrated circuits. Most of the difference is probably the difference in on board cache. Although if you are looking into transistor count, please just look at the features of the motherboard and decide from that. Transistor count is worthless for most things.
Transistors,capacitors,resistors, etc. are components of an integrated circuit,(IC 'chip'), that through the years has been shrunk down into the IC 'chip' we're familiar with now. Some are microprocessor's, also called processors, or cpu's,(Central Processing Unit). The inherent ability of a cpu isn't directly related to how many transistors it has in it, but transistor count does play a large factor. The transistors are merely used for On, OFF switches, giving the data of 1, or 0.
Boolean algebra. Cpu's depend on a lot of other factor's to perform, processing one line of instructions, while having the next three lines ready, and accessing what's only relevant to this set of instructions, is just one tiny little factor.(Your processor does this in million of cycles a second!) How fast your processor clock speed,(i.e. 3.2GHZ), is, and the FSB,(Front Side Bus), example 800FSB, plus if it's an Intel chip the cache size,(i.e. 2MB), are more directly related factors. No matter how many transistor being used for a processor there are certain things which plays very important role to obtain high speed performance e.g. Processor frequency, RAM, and Video RAM
if you r using the PC for gaming, you should rather look at the graphic card than the proccessor. The graphic card has its own processor and thats the most important part for you (gaming)
