No illegal alien deserves amnesty. They need to go back and do it the legal way and then they would have rights. It does not matter where or what nationality the illegal is. Illegal is illegal and not undocumented.

No way. Undocumented immigrants need to be kicked out of here. There are more in CA then anywhere else. CA is in more debt then anywhere else. Why? Because all my taxes are paying for illegal people and there healthcare and whatnot. Its totally crazy.

There are legal channels they could follow, but they didn't take the time to do it, so they lose. They need to stay in their country, get a good education and try to improve their own countries.
