For those of you who don't know, Dr. Murray was sentenced to the max. four years, even though he will have to spend it in county jail because of the new California law. Check out tmz.com, I was watching it live. Now tell me, do you agree? I feel like I do agree, but I think if it wasn't MJ that he had killed, would he have gotten the same treatment? Hmm..

I think he should have gotten more time...
I don't. I feel that since MJ was 50, and the average life expectancy is 80 (78 for men), he should have gotten 30 years that MJ could have and probably would have been alive.
i'm not sure how every person can say the sentence became into too gentle. He became into charged with a criminal offense that contains a optimum sentence of four years. He won a 4 365 days sentence. In different words, he have been given the optimum sentence he might have possibly won. the sole actual question is in spite of if or not he became into charged with the superb crime. i might say that he became into. Charging him with homicide might have been complicated to coach. that should require they coach that he intentionally killed Michael Jackson. i don't think of there became into any evidence of reason. So, had they charged him with homicide, he might have been acquitted, and walked loose.
I 100% do. He'll probably only do half the sentence which just seems wrong...
