Many will 'claim' they are not also, but when questioned about certain things such as say unmentionable things like the following:
"did the holocaust really happen like we have been told?", or
"are we being lied to about what caused the twin towers to completely collapse the way they did"
Then you soon find out just how 'close minded' some people are.
For myself, I have investigated, to the best of my abilities and resources permitting almost every so called 'accepted fact' or 'official account' on many things such as the Holocaust and 9/11, among other things, rather than simply accepting what I have been "told".
Another popular topic to discuss with people who claim not to be close minded is 'God'.
I do of course hold my own personal views on matters such as these, but that is all they are; "Views", or "opinions".
Is there a God?
Did God conceive the entire Universe?
I honestly don't know.
I love it when people say either 'yes' or 'no' in a matter of fact kind of way, as if they 'know'.
How can ANYONE really know the answer to such questions?
No, and I get more open-minded the older I get. I realize that other people have different views than I do. I am willing to let others tell me how they feel. I can usually understand how the feel and why they feel that way, even if I don't agree.
Depends on the issue at hand some things i have researched and made my decision so yes in some cases i have closed debate on the matter unless new and conclusive evidence to consider is put forth why what issue are you referring to??
No, but I could be more open to contrary ideas. I think that it is difficult for all of us to overcome prejudices that have been planted deep into our subconscious mind since we were children, and we usually do not even know that they are there.

Yeah, Sometimes I might be. If there is something I really believe in, I'm not going to let people with other agendas change my mind.
Close or closed? Two different things.
