Autumns Rain... Wow; your question sure caused me to think long and hard as to why they would take their own lives. In both cases, I never spotted that they might do such a thing.

This happened nearly 50 years ago; both were self administered gunshot (one a hunting rifle... the second a 12 gauge shotgun) the first friend was older, the second was very young.

Neither knew each other. They died about 10 years apart. I looked at life from a different viewpoint after the second one.

Day in and day out plenty people resort to this foolish thing? It is said ` suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem`. The people who contempt suicide are timid and selfish to the core. They want their peace(doubtful) at the cost of pain to many.

Two shot themselfs, one pored gas all ovr his car got in & lit it one fire & blew himself up.
