A facial takes of the dead skin cells. If you get a scrub a day before tanning most likely it wont. If you have a lot of dead skin cells most likely it will take some of the color off.
Just don't have the ethstitician give you a higly abrasive scrub and have them follow the facial with balancing oil, so your skin is very moisterized. Also get back out in the sun!

yes u do, cuz in facial they exfoliate the skin, and the tan is in the outer layer of the skin, so u lose it.
