I know Pacino and De Niro are Legends but most of the times they play themselves in every movies, Sure De Niro is Versatile and can do Comedy as well apart from usual Gangster, but i think there are few actors who are greater in terms of performances they give according to the script neverthless how mediocre the script and movie

Al Pacino can act. You never know what to expect from him.
Daniel Day Lewis is incredibly versitile. He has become forgotten for the most part.
Micheal Keaton and John Malcovich are ones you forgot, but their dramatic ranges are impressive.
DeNiro is wonderful to watch, but he does not have as much range as the ones I mentioned above.

Carlitos Way is sad and made me cry with the whole Pam and baby situation. Panic in Needle Park is all drugs and DDA is dramatic. What has Johnny Depp done, Sweeny Todd?
