I think you can spell it what ever why you want, as long as it looks and sounds like the word which in this case it does. You are allowed to be creative, as where do names come from, from people either coming up with something new or changing a name to a way that they like it. Such as Catherine and Katherine to Cathy to Caty etc etc. If you like it then its fine, i think it looks fine ^^
It does look like you spelled Alyssa creatively. Alessia does look like Ah-LESS-ee-uh to me. You can either go with the traditional spelling and have to tell people how to say it or spell it the way it sounds. A lot of people are spelling their kids' names creatively so it's not the end of the world if you do that. That said I prefer to spell things the traditional way so I'd probably spell it Alessia or scrap the name. Sorry if this doesn't really help.

Yes, it looks misspelled, like a mashup of Alyssa and Alessia.
It looks a little different, but i still like it, and people will still be able to pronounce it easily. Hope this helped! :)
