First, you don't extract files "to" anything. You extract "from". Second, I don't know much about your phone so I can't really help you. I know, that makes this a worthless answer but at least you learned the proper terminology!

The only program you need if you can't watch videos or if you see a black screen is Adobe Flash Player. It's a necessary plug-in that allows you to reproduce videos online.
