You can help strengthen existing enamel with fluoride toothpaste and a fluoride rinse, like ACT Anti-cavity. This won't help if you have large portions of enamel actually missing.
there are some new fillers on the market, it would only be temporary. try to avoid soda/colas, acidic drinks, that's where some of the erosion starts, esp w the chemicals in sodas. avoid chewing on ice, etc, everybody does it atleast once. or have good dental insurance for restorative treatments.

The only way to restore it is to use pro enamel tooth paste otherwise it won't grow back

you cant :[. Once its gone, its gone for good. You could see a dentist and they'll put a false enamel coat over your teeth.
