Does "chicken quesadilla soup" sound delicious?

I had to make something for dinner and I threw some water, chicken, and seasonings into a soup pot to boil. Once it is cooked through, I am cutting it up and making a creamy, cheesy broth-because it is freezing cold outside, and I haven't had anything to eat but gum and two cookies since 9 a.m.

Update:

M'kay-I threw in about 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts, with (all of the following are estimates) 1 tbsp salt, 1 tsp chilli powder, 3/4 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp fennel seed, 1/4 tsp ground black pepper...also 1/8 cup of chopped fresh/frozen cilantro, and the same amount of fresh/frozen sweet basil. I will be adding a can of diced tomatoes(drained, of course), then a bunch of shredded cheddar, and whole milk and skim milk. That, in and of itself, should help it thicken. I suppose one could add a can of drained and rinsed black or pinto beans as well.
