It's more like the police have 'target types'. four dudes in an old car that look gangsta are going to get hassled, as they fit the 'crew cab' profile. and race isn't always a factor, a white man who goes out alone and is known to be a drug user or dealer is just as likely to get pounced on. a felony arrest is a felony arrest, the cop won't care what color you are.
