No estrogen can not convert into testosterone

I've been told by my doctor that it can, but I think many doctors tell their patients that to keep them from abiding estrogen. I've been doing a lot of research on this trying to figure out the same answer for myself. Supposedly, excess estrogen actually decreases testosterone. Back when anti-androgens were used, doctors would I've patients high doses of estrogen to decreases their testosterone levels. And it's been said testosterone can turn into estrogen but not the other way around. But I could be wrong.
