Drag Coefficient for Laminar Flow?

Just a quick question about this, Is it always equal to 1.328/(Re^1/2) for Laminar Flow? Thanks

Update:

The question should be, when you have a flate plate parallel to the flow, is the frictional drag coefficient equal to 1.328/Re^1/2 while the pressure coefficient is equal to 0 and when the plate is perpendicular to the flow, is the frictional coefficient = 0 while the pressure coefficient =1.9?
