For me these group are the one that are in need of help most especially from the government. These groups are just victims of social crimes. It is either they have experience problems within the community that makes them do these kind of abuses. Once they realize that they are not the only person in the world that suffers that kind of problems they might change their view in life and maybe their lifestyle. All we have to do is to let them realize that what they are doing will not only affect their health and mental state but also the health and mental state of their love ones and people around them.

i think of that society has a tendency to play the blame interest do no longer they. the way I see that's there is no longer something greater useful than existence its self. i think of, whilst it includes drug dependancy or alcohol abuse, you may desire to step out of the blame interest, that's on no account helpfull, and take it standard. the main serious element to guard is the prompt scientific undertaking, confirm a secure environment and make obtainable a great help community, then look at how this mess happened, what led to the existence type that extra all of it approximately. adolescents do no longer opt for to be contained in the the mess they are in. Well personally I would never use drugs,nor smoke under any circumstances...

Now for this group they should meet a psychiatrist and get themselves treated or they should look for more positive things in life....using drugs is often taken as a last resort...personally i disagree ...young people easily get into these things coz they are more vulnerable but they should be more optimistic in life .....if you are young and you are having relationship problems like your parents fight or your girlfriend left you or you don,t have any friends why to torture yourselves ....i had such problems...but please i,m over it....give yourself time and react to such issues in a more positive way!
