I have my american and colombian passport. Could I travel to Cuba using my Colombian passport? Do I need obtain any sort of documentation? Could I travel from USA or do I need to travel to another country first?
It's odd because there's lot's of Americans in Cuba when you get there. You can get to Cuba from Toronto, Mexico, the Bahamas, or even Jamaica. The Cubans don't care where you're from as long as you've got a passport. If you ask, they'll not stamp your passport so you won't get in trouble when you return home. They stamp a separate piece of paper that you keep in your passport while you're in Cuba.
While it's 'officially' not allowed, Cuba is more than used to US visitors. Most travel through an alternate island - the Bahamas has many daily flights to Cuba, and Cuba officials are used to seeing US passports - they simply don't stamp them on entry or exit, leaving your visit undetectable. (I have a UK passport and actually had to *ask* them to stamp it, as I wanted it in there!)
I'm pretty sure you'd have even less trouble as you could simply use your Colombian passport.

As far as Cuba is concerned, I doubt that it makes much difference - and they won't stamp either passport unless you ask.
With regard to the US, it is still against OFAC rules for you to travel unless you come under a licence.
If you travel via a third country, and use your other passport, there is virtually no chance of you having any problems.
