DUAL MILITARY DIVORCE?
OK i am in the army and my husband is in the air force we are not legally separated he has my son on DEERS but he doesnt want anything to do with him my son is in my legal custody but my son isnt on my deers my question is what is gonna happen to my pay even though i am the sole provider of my son. i have a feeling am about to get my pay cut

Why would you get a pay cut? Yes, you will no longer get married dependent care, but you will still get it for your son (file your custody with the court) and he will give you child support.
