you should be fine. when you have an ectopic pregnancy you bleed from your vagina, you have lower ab pain and you faint. as you have are having upper ab pain and your not fainting i think you should be ok. plus if they is a heart beat the baby should be fine. it is natural to have discharge during pregnacy.
