I have only just found out i am pregnant for the 3rd time and i am around 5-6 weeks gone. With my first two children I didn't 'feel' pregnant, I had no symptoms or anything. However this time I knew before I had even took the test, sore boobs, slight tummy and back cramps about a week after ovulation etc. Today I have got so dizzy that I am being sick badly (never had sickness in pregnancy so don't know if its normal to be this bad) . I have looked up about it on the net and it came up about ectopic pregnancies and now i am really worried! would I have any symptoms of this only being 5-6 weeks? It said pain starts at around 6-8 weeks but I am not having any major pains though!
Has anyone ever had one or ever been worried then it turned out to be fine?

I had a ectopic back in March of this year I was 4 weeks along and never knew I was pregnant I went to the ER because I was having really bad pain similar to labor pain they tested me and gave me a u/s that's how I found out it was ectopic but It hadn't even ruptured yet so I had emergency surgery to remove my right tube. Dizziness is very common in early pregnancy if you have spotting and pain in your pelvis then it is likely to be ectopic but I think your fine
I don't know about eutopic pregnancies but I know that some women experience some symptoms with one gender, some with another, none with one, all with another, etc. This may be your case. I don't know what your other children are. If you are concerned then just make a phone call to your ob. They will tell you whether to be concerned or not.
