I'm using a CRT monitor , with a refresh rate of 85 hz
so , maybe a month ago I started to see "or the right word can be-- feel or notice--" the change "refresh" in the pictures displayed as if it was running with maybe 50 hz , this is increased when I'm playing a game , I think maybe because I'm more focused then !!! idk
and earphones set , and I literally hear distortion noise from time to time for no obvious reasons
those devices are new and perfect so nothing is wrong with them "I checked".
so can those effects be because of some kind of electromagnetic waves , anyway what can cause something like this?
Update:I do degauss :\
and the game refresh rate is set to as desktop , some other games even works with 100 hz or above , but still the same
the monitor thing happens 100 % of the time "all the time , but the noise thing is maybe 10 time a day or some.
what I want to know if it is because of something that can affects them ?!! , because my place is like everything is possible

So you are seeing flicker when playing games? That could be the refresh rate in the game itself. It has to go through a lot of calculations to move from frame to frame, and at times the software runs out of time, so the next frame is delayed. Sounds good to me, but don't know if it is true.
And you are hearing distortion. Hard to see how that could be due to the monitor. If you replay, does the distortion occur in the same spot? Is this game audio?
.
try using the degauss option in your monitor settings, that usually works when my crt is acting glitchy
