I want my children to stay at MV. Transportation will not be a problem, because they have been dropped off and picked up by a responsible guardian, and this will continue. This will be my daughter's last year of elementary, and she really wants to stay. She has been going to MV since 2nd grade, and she doesn't want to face a whole new school, friends, teachers, rules, and routine. Some of her close friends will not join her at CMS, and she wants to spend the last year with them. As for her sibling, Alex, he has been going to MV since Kindergarten, wants to stay also. They both do not wish to leave MV to a whole different school, because they grew to love and respect their school.

MV, WCH, & CMS are just initials of schools.
CMS is a middle school.
WCH is my home school, the one I have to go to.
MV, current school I go to.
And up there ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ is a letter for the district, explaining why I want to stay at MV. Is this enough?
Well, I'm entering the 6th grade this September. I currently go to MTV (just the initials) but then this summer, I received a letter, claiming that I live out of MTV's school range and that I will need to go to my home school WCH. My parents, siblings, and I wishes to stay at MTV, since it's my last year of elementary. The district also says that WCH is walking range, but I get car rides every morning, and afterschool. They want me to write a letter, explaining to them on WHY I want to stay, my parents aren't fluent English speakers, and I really do need some good reasonings. They may accept me or deny me. Please help?

Ask the district to give you a intra-district transfer to the school you wish to stay at. Find someone at the school that can verify the fact that you have good attendance and good behavior records. If your parents are not proficient in the English language - someone at your school can speak for them. It is up to the school weather they choose to keep you. You can also find a person that is willing to let you use their address - you must prove that you live close to MV via a utility bill. Try working with the district - write their letter - ist is their paper trail. Then if that doesn't work - use a fake address.
