It is due to a picture not being able to get loaded up. Also if you have a parental guard on, this could happen. Another possible reason is that the pictures are too big of a size. The file may have an error on it. Maybe even a virus, or it could be an older file.

My older computer was not able to load many pictures, in my case it was because i did not have the proper server.
