Emergency Temporary Custody?
I was wondering how hard it is to win my custody back from my daughters father. He took the custody out today and we have court Tuesday. I am wondering what I am up against.
Update:We signed custody papers in Dec 08 awarding me physical custody and him his visitations.
*He got the emergency temporary custody by lieing and saying my husband was slapping her in the face.

it all depends. wether he has a bad history or if u do. wether u or him have a sustainable place to live and y they went into his cutody in the first place. im a single dad of two. have custody over my kids for two yrs.if u need more info, [email protected]
