First lesson in avoiding scams: stay off craiglist.
No legitimate Insurance Company will be advertising for employees on craigslist.
I just googled the company, and what pops up is the craigslist ad. The ad doesn't even use a registered domain name (it goes to rocketmail, a public email provider), the language in the ad is very poor, and since the company doesn't come up anywhere as a legitimate company, it's almost certainly a fraud scheme.
It seems like someone is just trying to sell you insurance. Why would anyone send someone they have not even interviewed yet an employment contract?
Sounds fishy
Scam.
