I need to find a website to post my resume and find a great paying job. I'm a computer engineer/technician. Any suggestions on where to post my resume?
Geez - be careful about this! Just posting your resume everywhere is NOT going to lead, automatically, to a "great paying job." And, don't pay someone to "blast" your resume everywhere - doesn't pay off for anyone but who ever is providing the "service" of turning your resume into spam.
And, protect your privacy! There are fake job sites out there that just want to collect the information on your resume for who knows what purpose.
Monster, HotJobs, and CareerBuilder are ok, but really BIG - so lots of competition. Indeed's not a bad idea, but you don't sound like you understand how the process works, so don't rush into it.
Visit a site like RileyGuide.com or Job-Hunt.org to see what's available and how to do an online job search safely and effectively.
I use CareerBuilder. I'm on disability and can only work part time for a few months a year. They have given me 2 jobs in past 2 yrs and 4 interviews. Never used Monster.
