Update:If you dont have anything useful to say, dont bother saying anything. Its is against Yahoo rules to post in a different language to the site you are on.
I regularly ask for translations on here and get fantastic and helpful advice.
Anyway mind your own business

heres utr translation:
pride = orgulho/ soberba
much pride = muito orgulho
too much pride = orgulho demais
to pride = orgulhar-se/ vangloriar-se
to pride a lot = orgulhar-se muito
proud = orgulhoso (to male)/ orgulhosa (to female)/ vaidoso(to male)/ vaidosa (to female)/ arrogante(the both)
very proud = muito orgulhoso (to male)/ muito orgulhosa (to female)/ muito vaidoso (to male)/ muito vaidosa (to female)
to be proud of ... = orgulhar-se de...
example:
1. he's very proud just cz hes pretty! = ele é muito orgulhoso só porque é bonito!
2.he has much pride just cz hes pretty = ele tem muito orgulho só porque é bonito!
3.he prides a lot! = ele se orgulha muito!
well, this word that u r looking for can be "orgulhoso"(2 a guy)/ "orgulhosa" (to a woman). but i think "esnobe" is better and u can use to the both.
example:
english:
she has very "proud" cz her beuty and sometimes has too much "pride". thats why i say she is a "snobbish" person - becz she has "snobism" (excessive feeling of superiority)!
português:
ela tem muita "vaidade" devido a sua beleza e algumas vezes tem "orgulho" demais. por isso é que eu digo que ela é uma pessoa "esnobe" - porque ela possui esnobismo (sentimento excessivo de superioridade)!
i hope it helps u!well, u can count on me!

Do you not think it strange how you all ask translation questions in an English speaking society then ask for native. Go to that country and ask the question, and you will probably get a native.
Otherwise, be at peace with the answer you get from the linguist that lives in Alabama.
Suzye got it perfectly
