I have a 2006 Chrysler 300c; and when driving home from work the ESP BAS and Traction Control lights just lit up and stayed that way. Should I take it to the Chrysler Dealer or is it OK to take it to any dealer?

take it to a chrysler dealer. almost always a simple fix. most aftermarket scanners at independent shops don't even read abs. it could need a flash, it could be a fuse, wheel speed sensor, or the module. it could also be a problem with the steering column module.
Unless you are a competent auto electrician or know one then you will need a garage to sort this for you. Be aware that until fixed you have no ABS or traction control so the car is a little more unsafe than it was. You should also be aware that if you have an accident your insurers could opt not to pay out as the car is not in proper working order - they love excuses like that.
i would take to the chrysler dealer, there may be a flash to the controller for that. i have seen that happen but i cant remember the fix. but a chrysler dealer is better equipped to work on your car. and it is probably a simple fix
