In my family, Christmas is celebrate in a very strange way. For example, we don’t go to church on Christmas Eve, we don’t exchange gifts and we don’t sing Christmas Carols.
Firstly, when Christmas approached, we put up a lot of Christmas Trees and a lot of Fathers Christmas hanging into the balcony.
Secondly, we made a big crib with an electric fountain, a watermill and a long river.
One advantage of Christmas are colourful lights of Christmas Trees. In fact, my parents love Christmas because they say that in Christmas there are a lot of colours that they carry happiness. This year, my sister sent letter to Father Christmas and she said that she would like a doll is called Baby Eva. On Christmas Eve my father worked, and he returned at home at 7.30 p.m. That evening my mother prepared a spectacular dinner. She prepared a lot of specials dishes and she prepared a big cake with cream.
On Christmas morning, my sister received the doll that she wanted. This morning, my mother prepared a lot of special dishes. My sister sang to us a lot of Christmas carols that she learnt to school. In the afternoon, we saw a Christmas film. We saw “Natale in Crociera”. That evening, we ate “normal dishes”.
On Boxing Day we went to friends and we had dinner to our friends. For me, the most amusing day was New Year’s Eve. We went again to our friends and we ate to them. At midnight we shot a lot of crackers with our friends. Our friends shot colourful crackers. From the 2nd of January I began to do my homework. On Epiphany’s day my family and our friends, we went to “Paladanze” in Molinella wherethere was Befana who brings presents to children.
To sum up, I think I passed good holidays and I wish that all children in the world passed a good Christmas too.

Ottavo rigo = secondo me è "sent a letter" o ancora meglio "her letter" epoi di seguito per non complicare troppo il discorso incvece di scrivere che ha detto che vorrebbe (she sayd that she would like) io scriverei "she asked for a doll called..."
Decimo rigo = Invee di "on that evening" mi sembra meno pesante scrivere "At the same time"
