Even though Stan Lee died, could someone else dress up as Stan Lee so we can continue seeing him in all the Sony movies? I really want Stan Lee to still be part of our culture, so I think having him in all the Sony movies would be nice. Maybe he could be Iron Man as a cameo in the upcoming Sony movie Infinity War.

The others have better answers. However, I did notice that when he was too ill to appear in a cameo, Cloak and Dagger featured him in a piece of artwork.
I was thinking that the could just CGI him. There's definitely technology for it.
The people at Marvel, knew he was not getting any younger, and years ago, shot numerous "bits" back to back, to be used in a string of FUTURE films. While some scenes were particular to a certain movie.......most were just generic bits, that could be stuck into virtually *any* film. .....a hot dog seller........the guy on a bus........a cab driver..........in Deadpool 2.......many people were pissed that there wasn't a Stan Lee cameo.............but there was......of sorts. When they were parachuting in, and everyone was meeting a gruesome fate.........as Deadpool comes in, he passes a face Painted as a mural on a wall.
The face was Stan Lee. Not his usual personal cameo in the flesh.......but he was still included, of sorts.
Surely they will find similar ways to include his memory in all future films, long after their recorded bits run out.
and no one knows how many they did.....they might have shot DOZENS.......
They filmed all of his cameos through Phase 3 well in advance, because they knew he would likely not live to see the end of it.
Beyond that, it's very unlikely. It was really just a fun little thing to help keep him feeling connected to the MCU (and most of those heroes, he helped create).
There is no "Our" Culture here, there is no Culture here to begin with. Stan Lee died, he was a legend but don't you think your obsession is kinda creepy. I also don't want to see his CGI or body double in movies instead they can still pay tribute to him by continuing the role of Watcher, they can use the voice over but there is no need to show his face.
There are probably going to be LOTS AND LOTS of tributes to Stan Lee in various movies, tv shows, cartoons, comics, books, and video games. Various projects will likely be dedicated to him. Further, with either existing footage or CGI, he could continue to be in a few more live-action movies and TV series.
If they can bring back John Wayne and Marilyn Monroe to do commercials, Tupac in a concert, Carrie Fisher in a movie, I’m sure they can digitize him into future movies.
Definitely would not doubt it.
