I noticed a lot of "Ex Muslims" in here lately. I saw one say "I've read the Qur'an in arabic, I realized it's just myths."
So, I just want to see. I'm not trying to offend, just people translate this phrase (it won't work on google translate)
لشو تعدون متل الخشعين باس انتوا ما تعرفهن هيدا

Oh gosh, terrible grammar xD this must be tunisian (tunisians tend to butcher arabic's grammar)
@First answerer.... That's not right :$ I understand what he said (it's somewhat poorly written) but I understand it (I'm Lebanese but this appears to be tunisian which is very much different than Lebanese but I see what they said)
I'm not going to write what it says yet loool, I'm just curious as to whether anyone else here knows true spoken arabic (not standard arabic). Muslim or non-muslim.
@Yaqub
Did you not read my post? xD. This isn't classical, this is tunisian ya moron xD
kk because nobody got this, What does it mean? : "Lo! (arabic exclamation), have you sat around (arabic figure of speech) acting as if you are those who are humble, only, you all won't understand this."
The last chick came somewhat close Gaiai or something (a bunch of words were very very off, but like 2 words were right...)
I don't understand classical Arabic nor do I need to; if a God cannot speak in a language I can understand then clearly he is no more than a tribal God. In fact the typical Muslim argument (the Quran is only truly comprehensible in classical Arabic) when it comes to issue begs the question: why would a God choose to speak in an obsolete tongue spoken even then only in some insignificant corner of the Arabian desert; a language that not even speakers of its descendant tongue understand unless instructed in it?
I have read several English translations of your Quran and as far as Im concerned, it is no more than a desultory collection of mythical stories presented in the form of 3rd rate poetry.
you know very well, the vast majority of muslims, non arabs cannot translate but only read the quran, which is taught in arabic, they follow blindly what they are told. If anything they will read a translation in their own language if they ever do.
nice one gaia, these idiots come in different colors hyped up by their mullahs.
Why do you want me to answer this question? so that you can report my answer again?
I'm Arab, I don't know what dialect is that, but it's not Tunisian.

الخشعين:do you mean الخاشعين ?
