I just got offered a job at Ross but this will be my third job in a span of about a year. I don't want to accept unless I think I will keep it for a good amount of time.

My current job is filled with drama among the employees and I really want out of that situation. I just want a job where they train you well and respect you.

So is Ross a job I should accept or deny?
