You need different codes to create different accounts (one code per account). Since you bought three different games, you shouldn't have a problem. Just go to spore.com and sign up, using the three codes from the back of the booklets that came with each of the games you bought. If you bought these games used, there is a possibility that someone else has already registered using the code (which might be why you can't register).

If you bought the games new and continue to have problems, then e-mail them at spore.com and let them know the problem. They should be able to help you find a solution.

well i don't agree with spore but the best games that came out by that game where the sims play those over that crap
