My Dermatologist told me to use the nuetrogena in the blue bottle. I think it is called foaming cleanser. I have oily skin and can't use moisturizer. It cleans my face without drying it out. And it is inexpensive.
that Apricot scrub is the worst thing for your skin. I'm an Esthetician and honestly alot of times dermatologists arn't on top of things when they recommend products for you to use on your skin. I think you should go to and esthetician for the best advice, but I would try Dermalogica or Pevonia their both amazing skin care lines and have cleansers for all skin types. for Normal/oily or Normal/dry skin I would dry Special Cleansing Gel from Dermalogica and for Oily skin the Dermal Clay Cleanser and for Sensitive skin the Ultra Calming cleanser their so amazing and make your skin look rejuvenated!
Pick one that suits your skin type- oily, combination, dry, sensitive, etc. I use the Body Shop's brand, they are all natural and work well. Because I have oily skin use the tea tree line, and sometimes seaweed when my cheeks get a bit dry. Just remember to cleanse, tone, and moisturize every day.
Clean & Clear foaming face wash. I think it is technically for acne, but it doesn't hurt your skin at all. In fact, it has made my skin look wonderful... and I almost never get any pimples

St Ives Radiance Apricot Cleanser is very good, just pick the one for your skin type
any neutrogena facial cleanser is good
also clean and clear
but if it gets bad you can get prescribed facial cleanser from your dermatologist
