This is not recomended at all but I had a friend when I was 15 and he would smoke and purposely blow the smoke up onto his upper lip. The nicotine would stick to the hairs and make them thicker and darker. It worked but no girl would get too close to him because he stunk so bad from the smoke. A good example of what not to do.
