This trade is about adding value to your team not about if the trade is completely equal, which I agree with the previous answer that hernandez will produce more but the improvement from battle to mcgahee will outshine the loss of production from Hernandez to Gronkowski(who will produce very similar numbers). I would take this trade, I would first offer Gronkowski instead or try to find a way to get a similar trade for Boldin but if all else fails I would do the trade

McGahee has been putting up pretty good numbers and with Tebow now starting he will probably see a bigger workload. You have Gronkowski too? If you have Gronkowski then I would make the trade.
