So I've been training for 3 years now, I do deadlifts, squats and bench, but Id's hard for me to lose belly fat, I'm stuck. I count my Marcos. So what Cardio is best? I do stairmaster for 30mins now I just started doing the weight sled. Should I switch between both? Or just weight sled?

Do some stairs mixed with calisthenics. Bike, hike. A person can convince themselves not to intake carbos. Don't do that. Believe it or not when you're active you actually train your body to burn fat by having healthy snacks.
To target stubborn body fat you need to activate b2-receptors while deactivating a2-receptors. Intermittent fasting does that. You can read more on the link.

It isn't about the exercise, its your diet....you have to eat certain foods to reduce your belly fat.
Loads of greens
only 6 - 8 oz meat per meal
Saturated fats - butter (not margarine) full fat yogurt (not low fat yogurt) cream, cheese, avocado, pecan nuts, water
Reduce carbs - bread, cake, pastries, take outs, rice and potato...etc
You'll lose that belly fat in 3 months...guaranteed.
If you wanna lose particularly belly fat, you need to do lots of crunches and normal running type cardio, because crunches burn the fat in that part of your body, and if you haven’t already, go on a diet to increase you metabolism
