Hey there the only way you can lose fat is to work your pecs more, cardio will not target any area in particular.

The best workouts for your chest are:

bench press

dumbell flys

incline bench press

incline flys

Dips

Decline benchpress

Choose 3 different exercises per workout and do 3 sets of 8-10 reps with a 2 minute break in between. Just make sure you also have a high protein diet.
