Oh boy. FEAR is incredible. A graphics card is a card that goes physically in your computer and handles all imagery and resolutions of imagery that can appear on your screen. However your computer is loading slow because you don't have enough RAM. So even though you have a s h i t t y graphics card if you had even 2 GB of RAM the game would load lightning fast. By the way if you have the cash grab the 9800 GTX graphics card ( best graphics card on earth ). Seriously pretty man. But if you got 16 GB of RAM you could probably get FEAR over 60 FPS ( that's good ).

But if the game plays fine don't worry about it.
