We used FLVS when we lived in Florida a couple of years ago and we LOVED it...excellent courses and teachers. My husband was so impressed with FLVS that he even considered becoming one of their teachers! FLVS is free for all in-state students, even homeschoolers like us.
Out-of-state students are welcome but I believe there is a fee. I'm sorry that I do not know more about how much they may charge out-of-state students. You can find all of their contact info at this link...
I would recommend calling or emailing them and asking how an out-of-state student would go about enrolling in FLVS and how much it would cost. You may even find this info on their web site by poking around a bit, but a quick phone call is a sure bet to get the answers you need.
