friends criminal charges?
my friend messsed up last night. He is 18 years old. Already has been arrested for DUI and last night he got hammered again. He stole a gun, and is being accused of stealing jewelry. He woke up this morning with the gun under his pillow and was like OOO ****. He was gonna bring it back and then the cops came. What are his charges and how long will he see jail time?

probably a years time if he gets time but it depends on the judge if he was polite to the officers maybe a few months
