I have had both fallopian tubes removed due to endometriosis. We did our first cycle of IVF had 20 eggs and 8 made it that were the best grade. We had two transferred and the other 6 frozen the 2 transferred they did not take. The Doctor said everything looked great and they could not tell us why it did not take. We are doing the FET this month and I am in the process of Lupron and estrogen patches. The nurse just told me to try to stay stress free but we are trying to make sure we do everything accordingly. My question is has anyone gone thru the FET without tubes and what were your results?

There simply are no answers as to why it works sometimes and sometimes not. Once the embryo transfer is done, its all up to nature. Science has come a long way, but we are far from knowing it all.
You should rest assured that it was nothing you did or didn't do or could have done better.
Some people have greater success with FET than with a fresh IVF cycle. I talked with someone at my clinic who was trying for #3. She did IVF with the first two, and only had success with the FETs, both times. She was doing her first fresh IVF for baby #3, which turned out to be unsuccessful. We then lost contact, but I did hear she has 3 kids now, so I'd bet it was the FET that created baby #3.
Good luck to you!
