Known new glitches: Posting a percent sign (or some other symbols) will cause the 'breather' screen. So possibly will reaching your daily limit for those at levels that have them. If neither of these is the issue, try moving to one of the other English sites, like UK or NZ to see if it works there.

Apart from the present Breather/Coffee Break, it is settling down nicely
