Look on the left front side of the trailer either on the outside wall or on the tongue of the trailer. You should find a placard that tells you the GVWR of the trailer. The Gross Vehicle Weight Rating is the MOST that the trailer is allowed to weigh, and that is the MINIMUM weight that your towing vehicle should be rated for.
Would be hard to say without a scale, there is usually an EMPTY weight on the title, and on the VIN paper that is inside the camper, usually inside a closet door. However, I know of no one who takes their camper empty, they put clothes, food, tv's and other luxuries in them and then they are upset because it weighs so much.

There should have a tag that lists it's dry and gross weights.
To KNOW the weight, take it to a public scale.
