The only way you can do that is if you tell her straight up that you don't see her as your friend but a girlfriend kind of gal. She'll probably be shocked at first but if she likes you too the reception should be relatively easy.

Ask her how would she feel about you kissing her and see what she says. Her response should say alot about how she feels about you.

The only way to know for sure is if you ask her if she likes you as more than a friend because you do.
