Okay I'm going to cut to the chase I got turned down by this girl I have liked for a little more than a year now and I have also been friends with her for about a year to. So could someone please give me some advice on how to win her heart

You got to be honest about your feelings and if they aren't reciprocal then it's time to move on. From the sounds of it she isn't interested and there's no way to really force somebody to fall for you. If it doesn't come naturally it wont come at all.
