I'm used to girls telling me I'm "hot" but this one girl I met a couple months ago didn't react the way most girls do around me (nervous, giggly, etc.). She was outgoing, friendly, and caring, but she didn't seem attracted to me. One day though, I noticed she began acting different around me. She'd start playing with her hair, giggling, and acting nervous.
Eventually she admitted she liked me, but when I asked her why she didn't act this way at the beginning, and if she didn't think I was good look, and she told me she did, but she didn't care about that (which was why she was normal at first) and fell for my personality as she got to know me.
This made me wonder, how much do looks matter to a girl vs. personality in terms of whether or not a girl is attracted to a guy?

I don't know if this is the same for every girl, but I look more for personality. Obviously looks do attract me, but not enough to make me actually like the guy. At the end of the day, I wouldn't go out with a hot guy if I didn't like him as a person. I'd rather be with an average looking guy with a great personality than a hot guy who's a jerk. Good looks on any boyfriend of mine is more a bonus than a neccesity.
It all depends on the girl. Personally I think the personality is what matters most. If the personality is good than everything else from there is a bonus!
