Houston's in Rockville is fun. The food is kind of "American" and a little expensive ($30ish per person), but the inside is really fun. It has big leather booths and gas lanterns. It's usually PACKED, so either call ahead and make a reservation or be prepared to wait.
El Mariachi is good too. Yummy Mexican food!
There's another place in Rockville.. it's Greek but I can't remember the name. If I think of it, I'll come back and post it :)
