i want to go into the air force academy in 4 years (im a freshman in high school) and i DO NOT LIKE ANY SPORTS. I prefer to train by myself, but it said to get into the community and extra currecular activities. I am in the Science Club and will probably be in it next year and in the spanish club and MAYBE the quiz bowl i dont know yet.
I was also thinking about going to the hospital to do voluteer hours this summer on tuesdays and thursdays for hours.
is this enough time, do you think? is there any ways to get more without having a job-like schedule??

the Academy is not looking for just volunteer hours. it would be better if you are a member of a club or organization and better yet if you have a leadership position in those. For example the President of your Science Club, Treasurer of your Spanish Club, and team captain of the quiz bowl team.
However, when it comes down to it put your studies first. the Academy puts weights to everything you do but the biggest factor in admission is your GPA and SAT/ACT scores. This will comprise 60% of the selection composite. 20% will be your extracurriculars and the last 20% will be from the admission panel which will review your fitness test, an interview you will schedule with an Air Force Officer, and your writting sample.
when you get to the Academy you will be required to play a different sport every semester and you will be "trained" (an extreme workout where you are also required to recite memorized knowledge like aircraft information or quotes from Presidents and former military leaders) with your classmates on many afternoons (assuming things dont change by the time you get there)
Be sure to thoroughly research the Academy and participate in programs such as Summer Scientific Seminar as a junior in High School and Appointee Weekends as a Senior. the Academy is not for everyone and it is in your best interest to go into it as educated as possible. Good Luck.

I would recommend that you contact your local volunteer center. They can provide all sorts of one-time or short-term volunteer activities that match your interest and meet real community needs as well.
Through my volunteer center, I tutor children at the local library, enhance visitor experience at the local museum, package food at the local food bank, and a lot of other diverse projects. I typically volunteer when I have time on the weekends and after work when it is convenient.
Check out your local volunteer center through the following links:

I started out as a hospital volunteer, and if you would like to volunteer in that environment, it does require somewhat of a scheduled commitment. Here's a link to help you find your local hospital:

The other option is to try the local chapter of the United Way. They also specialize in volunteer placement:

Good luck!
